Inauguration Ceremony | July 3, 2025
Held at the Sumisip Amphitheater, the event celebrated the official inauguration of re-elected Municipal Mayor Hon. Jul-Adnan P. Hataman and re-elected Vice Mayor Hon. Gulam S. Hataman, together with the newly elected and re-elected Sangguniang Bayan Members. A meaningful milestone for continued leadership and public service in Sumisip, Basilan.
In his Inaugural Address, Mayor Hataman emphasized a strong start with a 100-day agenda focused on internal reforms and the continuation of key programs: SUMISIP CARES, SUMISIP HELPS, HUB DENDE, LisSEAn Sumisip, and the strengthening of Barangay Emergency Response Teams. Looking ahead, the next three years will focus on:

• Digital Sumisip
• Masaganang Ekonomiya
• Sustained Peace Programs
